This 9.61 acre Island is located Just South of the Jedediah Island Marine Park. It as well, has never been built on. It is a High Rocky Island, A stone fortress that no human has treaded on.
Because of its elevated position the Views and Solar exposer are second to none. From Early morning Sunrises to late Afternoon Sunsets, you will have the benefits of all the sun has to offer. There is a high point which could be used for a Wind Turbine to keep your Solar batteries topped of when the Sun doesn't shine. It is the ultimate off the grid location. On a Clear day your View extends all the Way to Vancouver and Beyond to Mt. Baker in Washington State. You are close enough to Both The Seshelt Peninsula to the east and Parksville to the West for supplies.
There is Deep water moorage year around and a good protected spot for a dock. There is plans to build a Staircase and Lift to access the Building site. At this location you have the added benefits of No Building code and a "General Permission" to build a dock with no Permit Necessary, Just meet the G.P. guidelines. There are 4 small water catchment Ponds up on the Top Plateau, in the Hidden Forest. From this vantage Point you have total seclusion. There is a Fresh Water source, just across the water on Texada Island. It is a Beautiful Three Tiered Waterfall that lands right in the ocean. You can View it from your front deck.
